Also contained in this recent document drop seems to be a site plan for the Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier purchased a smaller island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the bigger Great St James in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had formulated plans to transform the sprawling island by erecting homes, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a pool.
You can see the plan is a channel, a marine passage in the region, noted on the bottom right.
This development map is covered in notations in red and includes a legend identifying distinct sections of the property.
In addition to this are what appear to be an additional nine construction diagrams and architectural plans, such as designs for boat shelters.
